  1. Buttermilk: We're adding a dash of vinegar to dairy free milk to create our buttermilk. Although this is optional it gives the most soft and tender texture to the crepes.

  2. Almond: This recipe using almond milk, flaked almonds and almond essence throughout for that almond croissant flavour.

  3. Plain Flour: This can be swapped for wholemeal flour or a gluten free plain flour
