Giant Carrot Cinnamon Roll Cake


This is my Giant Carrot Cinnamon Roll Cake. It’s basically a giant cinnamon roll that is cut and served just like cake! It’s packed with carrot and warm spice then covered in a gooey cream cheese frosting. And the best part is, it’s super simple to make!






This recipe doesn't require any eggs and can be made with or without dairy!


Giant Carrot Cinnamon Roll Cake



We start by activating the yeast and then mixing this in with our dry ingredients, leaving it to rise to create the perfect sweet pillowy soft dough. For that much loved carrot cake flavour we are using a combination of spices along with a buttery cinnamon filling, coconut and crushed walnuts Just like normal cinnamon rolls, this is cut into strips but instead, these are rolled into one another to create a giant cinnamon roll. It’s then left to rise again before being baked until golden and then covered in a gooey cream cheese frosting. This is the perfect treat to share this Easter.
