Giant Cinnamon Roll Cake
This is my gooey Cinnamon Roll cake. It’s basically a giant cinnamon roll that is cut and served just like a cake! It’s made using my easy vegan 7 ingredient cinnamon roll dough and covered in a gooey vanilla icing for that perfect glazed crispy top. And the best part is, it’s super simple to make!

Giant Cinnamon Roll Cake
We start by activating the yeast and then mixing this in with our dry ingredients, leaving it to rise to create the perfect sweet pillowy soft dough. Just like normal cinnamon rolls, this is cut into strips but instead, these are rolled into one another to create a giant cinnamon roll. It’s then left to rise again before being baked until golden and then covered in a sweet crispy glaze. It’s the ultimate dessert for all my cinnamon roll lovers!
