It’s almost like a cheesecake meets tart with a buttery caramel biscuit base covered with a gooey cookie butter cream. This sinks into the cake as it bakes, creating a tender and moist cake packed with sweet caramel flavour.

We start by whisking butter into sugar before adding in cookie butter for that delicious buttery cookie flavour. Yoghurt binds the ingredients together then the dry ingredients are folded in. The gooey cookie butter cream is poured on top before being baked until golden and left to set. Finished with a dusting of icing sugar the result is the gooiest cookie butter cake that almost melts in your mouth.
