No Bake Cherry Almond Cheesecake

Inspired by a Cherry Bakewell this cheesecake has a buttery almond base with the creamiest almond cherry filling and juicy cherry topping. 

No Bake Cherry Almond Cheesecake

We start by making that gorgeous filling by gently simmering cherries to form a gooey jam. The cheesecake filling is gently whipped together and layered over the almond biscuit base with swirls of our cherry filling for a sweet almond flavour with a pop of cherry in every single bite. It is left to set overnight before being topped with more of the cherry jam and flaked almonds.
