Peanut Butter Jelly Cake

Four layers of tender peanut butter sponge sandwiched together with creamy peanut butter frosting and gooey berry jam.







This cake is so soft and buttery, sweet yet salty plus it's made without eggs and can also be made without dairy.

We start by making my one-bowl peanut butter sponge which is sweetened with brown sugar for a deep nutty caramel flavour. Between each layer of sponge is sweet gooey jam and the creamiest peanut butter frosting for all those signature flavours of the tried and true classic.
