This Pistachio & Chocolate Cake has four layers of tender pistachio sponge layered with the creamiest pistachio buttercream. Filled with oozing chocolate and finished with a silky chocolate ganache, this cake has the perfect flavour combination and is made without eggs or dairy.

We start by making the pistachio sponge layers which require just one bowl and a handful of ingredients, starting with dairy free buttermilk and yoghurt. We’re using ground pistachios for that nutty flavour and beautiful green colour. Between each layer of sponge is the creamy pistachio buttercream and smooth chocolate ganache which oozes through in every single bite. Wrapped in a silky chocolate, this cake is perfectly indulgent.
