Pistachio Crunch Chocolate Cheesecake (Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar Inspired)

The kunafeh-inspired Chocolate Bar from Dubai has been going VIRAL!! and let me tell you after I made my Pistachio Chocolate Brownies I just had to make more variations!

Inspired by the FIX bars, this cheesecake has a buttery biscuit base layered with pistachio butter and crispy toasted filo pieces. Covered in a thick chocolate pistachio cheesecake and crushed pistachios, every single bite is so creamy but also crispy with a gorgeous nutty creamy flavour.

To make it we are toasting filo pastry in butter until golden and crispy. We are then adding in pistachio butter and pressing this on top of the biscuit base. Covered in a thick creamy chocolate cheesecake with a dusting of crushed pistachios it’s left to set before being cut into slices.
