Salted Caramel Brookies

Buttery cookie base which of course is loaded with chocolate chips, a gooey caramel filling with just the right amount of salt topped with a fudgy crinkle-top chocolate brownie... does it get much better than this?!

You’ll need minimal ingredients, no eggs and it can be made without dairy.
