It’s almost sticky toffee pudding meets buttery peach cobbler with a tender peach sponge soaked in a sticky toffee sauce for the gooiest pudding. Covered in crunchy buttery crumble, this pudding is the perfect marriage of two gorgeous desserts.
Sticky Peach Cobbler Pudding
We start by making the peach sponge with is sweetened with brown sugar and spiced before being layered with homemade peach jam for that sweet warm flavour. The sponge is soaked with the gooiest toffee sauce and covered in buttery crumble before being served with ice cream. My recipe is egg free and can be made without dairy plus it’s super simple to make.
